§ 46-2. Fees.

The fee to be paid to the city in order to be placed on the tow roster under section 46-4 is one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00). The initial fee is due and payable upon approval of the application provided for in this article. The renewal fee shall be paid on each anniversary date.
