§ 44-95. Report required.

Every person engaged in the business of renting automobiles in the city shall file on or before the last day of each calendar month, the report to the state department of revenue required by sections 2 and 3 of the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act [35 ILCS 120/2-5, 120/3], as amended.
