§ 2-190. Adoption of the Illinois Whistleblower Reward and Protection Act.

The provisions of the Illinois Whistleblower Reward and Protection Act (740 ILCS 175/1 et seq.) are hereby adopted. To the extent of any conflict between the terms of this division and said Act, the terms of this division shall control.
