It shall be unlawful for any use, or to possess with intent to use, drug paraphernalia
to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce,
process, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, inject, ingest, inhale,
or otherwise introduce into the human body a controlled substance as defined in 720
ILCS 550/1 et seq. and 720 ILCS 570/100 et seq.
