§ 29-18. Permitting unlawful assembly.

  • Whoever shall knowingly suffer or permit any assemblage for the purpose of committing any unlawful act or breach of the peace, or any riotous, offensive or disorderly conduct, in or upon any premises owned or occupied by him or under his control shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
