§ 27-118. Determination of liability.

The determination of liability for a citation issued under this chapter shall be made in accordance with division 6 "Administrative Adjudication System," sections 27-101 through 27-113 of this Code, and Sections 11-208.3 and 11-208.6 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/11-208.3 and 5/1 1-208.6.
