§ 24-4. Injury to furniture, building or other property.

Any person who shall wilfully or maliciously commit any injury upon the grounds, buildings, furniture or fixtures, or other property belonging to or under the control of the public library, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-10.
