§ 16-1. Established.

A farmers' marketplace where growers and producers may sell, directly to the public, products and items necessary for the sustenance and convenience of the residents of the city is established. Retailers and individuals selling items in keeping with the theme of natural, green, hand-crafted or specialty items that are unique and could attract new patrons may also be invited to participate in the market.
