It shall be a violation of article II of this chapter for any licensee to sell, distribute
or market any alternative nicotine product or vapor products that contain cannabis,
and/or any other controlled substances or analog substances as set forth in the Illinois
Cannabis Control Act, 720 ILCS 550/1, et seq., and Illinois Controlled Substances
Act, 720 ILCS 570/1, et seq.
