§ 12-181. Adoption of state statute.

Latest version.

The city adopts Division 31.1 (the "division") of the Illinois Municipal Code (65 ILCS 5/11-31.1-1 et seq.) as it may be amended from time-to-time and as allowed by said division; provided, however, that the specific provisions of this article shall take precedence over any inconsistent provisions contained within said division.
